2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the case in Crime No.46 of 2023 on the file of first respondent. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance of the final report, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
