Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal Case No. 467 & 540 of 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by Hon'ble Principle Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur dated 26.06.2019 in S.C.No.49 of 2014 convicting the petitioner/appellant for the offence under section 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo imprisonment of life and to pay the fine of Rs.1000/- in default to undergo further period of 6 months R.I., to the Petitioner/Appellant pending disposal of the above Crl.A.Nos 467 & 540 of 2019, respectively.[CRL.M.P.Nos.8082 & 8084/2020]. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Appeal Case No. 467 & 540 of 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S E.UDAYACHANDER, Advocate for the petitioners and of

M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Common Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) When this Court was about to dismiss these criminal miscellaneous petitions on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to call for the records, prepare the typed set of papers and post the main appeals in the first week of April 2021.
