This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, C.1 Police Station, Gingee, Villupuram District to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of allegation in the FIR and the case is only of the year 2016, no directions for time bound disposal of the case in Crime No.133 of 2016 could be issued. However, the respondent is directed to proceed with the investigations as expeditiously as possible.
