This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10360 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023 so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
