The complainant in a private complaint seeks special leave of this Court to file an appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the learned FTC Magisterial Level Court Alandur in C.C.No.150 of 2018 dated 27.06.2022.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue.

3. Accordingly, leave to file appeal is granted as prayed for and the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
