ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 06.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24351 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to execute the distress warrant issued by the Family Court, Chengalpattu in FCCMP.No.270 of 2023 in FC MC.No.33 of 2017 within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent filed the affidavit of the respondent and on perusal of the same, it is revealed that even before the direction issued by this Court, the accused had departed to the United Arab Emirates and thereafter he did not return to India. In pursuant to the distress warrant now the look out circular was issued as against the accused. Therefore, the respondent could not comply the order passed by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to execute the distress warrant as against the accused, whenever he reaches India.
