This petition has been filed to implead the first respondent as the proposed 40th respondent in the Second Appeal in S.A.No.660 of 2014 so as to enable the 2nd respondent to contest the aforesaid proceedings on merits.

2. Mr.M.Mohideen Pitchai appears for the 40th respondent in C.M.P.No.17162 of 2023. He has no objection to be impleaded as a party to the appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
