3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2010 was completed and charge sheet was filed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.1256 of 2010 before the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi against the petitioners and the petitioners are acquitted after the trial on 27.12.2013.

Recording the same, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
