(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 409, 420 and 120 B of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.190 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has already filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.6949 of 2020 and the matter is now pending before the other learned Judge. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
