This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 with whom the petitioner has entered into the joint venture agreement, are causing threat to the petitioner and are preventing the petitioner from going on with the construction work.
3.The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and the petitioner has to necessarily workout his right only before the Competent Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Competent Civil Court.
