ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the earlier petition for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16187 of 2020 by order dated 14.10.2020.

2. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he was not informed about the earlier dismissal of anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.16187 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
