ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 316 & 318(4) of BNS and Section 66D of Information Technology Act, 2000 in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submits that a petition enquiry is pending.
3.In view of the same, the respondent Police shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent Police shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police. Till the conclusion of enquiry, the respondent Police shall not arrest the petitioner.
4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
