CRL RC No. 2486 of 2025 To call for the records relating to the case in Crl.A.No.435/2023 dated 17.09.2025 on the file of the learned III Additional Sessions Judge Madras against the order passed in C.C.NO.1610 of 2021 dated 13.04.2023 on the file of the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court at George Town, Chennai to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed and acquit the Revision petitioner/Appellant/accused and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition stated in paragraph No.7(c) imposed in the order dated 21.11.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.22052 of 2025 in Clr.RC.No.2486 of 2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (c ) of the order dated 21.11.2025 that 'the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case' is justified and reasonable order. Thus, there is no justification in granting any further relaxation.

4. Accordingly, no ground is made out for relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioner. Therefore, the relaxation application is dismissed and the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (c ) of the order dated 21.11.2025 until further orders of this court.
