Prayer in CMP.No.14015 & 2022: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agent and servants from in any manner dispossessing the peaceful enjoyment and possession of the suit schedule property in OS.No.171 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ulundurpettai.
