PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the second respondent respondent to register and investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.06.2020, on the file of the second respondent herein in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.06.2020.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 11.01.2021, it was brought to the notice of this Court that there is already an order passed by this Court on 11.12.2020 giving certain directions to the respondent Police.
3. Today, the matter was posted for reporting compliance. The Special Sub Inspector of Police belonging to the second respondent Police Station is also present at the time of hearing through Video conferencing. registered an FIR in Crime No.37 of 2021 for offences under Section 294(b),323,324 & 355 of IPC.
