ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.14 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are husband and wife. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2017 and out of their wedlock, they were blessed with two children. While being so, the petitioner along with his family members harassed the de-facto complainant and demanded dowry. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that due to the family dispute, a false complaint has been lodged against him. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submits that this is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner and this Court has already dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner. The petitioner along with his family members continuously harassed the de-facto complainant and demanded dowry. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence and the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
