This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police to some other independent agency like CBCID or any other competent agency to investigate the matter.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after registration of FIR in Crime No.15 of 2020, the defacto complainant herself submitted a representation dated 01.09.2021 stating that the petitioner and her husband joined together and living happily. Therefore, she does not want to proceed with the complaint. On the basis of the representation, the second respondent closed as mistake of fact and served the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner herein. Therefore, there is no investigation pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
