ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1495 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Ms.Sharada Vivek, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been convicted and the appeal is a statutory one, for rendering substantial justice, this Court feels that delay to be condoned.
