For Respondent in both Crl.As. : Mr M.Mahadevan JUDGEMENT Challenging the order of acquittal passed by the learned I Additional District Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, in C.C.No.19 of 1999 dated 11.06.2001, the appellant/complainant filed the present appeal.
2. Already this Court convicted the respondent on 11.02.2010 and also passed an order of sentence by an order dated 26.02.2010 and hence, no further order is required in the appeal.
