Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15962 of 2017 dated 15.12.2017 in so far as reporting before the IX Additional Special Judge for CBI CASES, Chennai on 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders pending appeal in C.A.No.788 of 2017 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.V.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15962 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.788 of 2017 dated 15.12.2017, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has so far regularly complied with the condition and it appears that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail.

Considering the conduct and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15962 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.788 of 2017 dated 15.12.2017 is relaxed and the petition is

ordered accordingly.
