Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner, had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, in view of the fact that the cause of action arose at Madurai, however, with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, liberty to file fresh Writ Petition before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
