This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the H.M.O.P No.113 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvannamalai, has been disposed of on 12.06.2023 itself.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
