A.No.3458 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to extend the time for a period of one year for the learned Arbitrator to complete arbitration proceedings in Arb.Case No.SSP/SF (MAMC)/209 of 2022 as between the applicant and the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also in view of the no objection having been stated by the learned counsel appearing for other side, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of one year. Thus, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
