ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the Blanket of enquiry in the CSR No.Not known/2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are six cases pending against the petitioner and the investigation is pending before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been acquitted in three cases in C.C.Nos.89 of 2017, 90/2017 and C.C.No.51/2018. The learned counsel further submitted that false cases have been foisted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the petitioner and the petitioner will undergo trial in all the other pending cases and in the meantime, the respondent police should be directed not to harass the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
