These civil miscellaneous petitions are filed seeking to substitute the present Secretary, viz., Mrs.Chitra Kannan, in the place of the deceased Secretary, viz., Mr.K.Raghupathy in the above appeals.

2. Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and post the appeals on 02.11.2021.
