This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 10.10.2025 in C.M.P.No.2 of 2025 in MC.No.66 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court at Erode.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 12.06.2026, the petitioner appeared before the family Court and warrant recalled. Hence, the petition becomes infructuous. He further submitted that he may be given liberty to file a petition to raise attachment with regard to PF. 3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is for the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the concerned court and to obtain order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
