O R D E R

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the lease amount of Rs.8,60,000/- together with interest and return the National Savings Certificate to the value of Rs.86,000/- and Registration charges to the tune of Rs.66,490/- with interest to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the claim made by the petitioner with regard to lease amount and National Savings Certificates, has already been refunded to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the proceedings of the fifth respondent in Rc.No.38/G&M/2010 dated 06.03.2012, to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
