Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 had placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings, issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 29.5.2012, disposing of the representation of the petitioner, dated 9.5.2012. A copy of the said proceedings, dated 29.5.2012, had also been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
