2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for 3rd respondent-Insurance Company.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 628 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.87162 of 2021 is condoned subject to the condition that for the period of delay of 628 days, the petitioners will not be entitled to interest and the petition is allowed.
