The present petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.3901/2010(A2) dated 02.07.2010.

2. No representation for the petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would contend that the petitioners and the third respondent settled the dispute between themselves and also entered into an agreement in this regard on 28.09.2012. He also filed the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 14.01.2015 and a copy of the compromise memo dated 28.09.2012.
