The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the revision against the order dated 24.09.2019 passed in M.P.No.179 of 2019 in M.C.No.44 of 2017 on the file of the learned VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Since, the case arises out of maintenance and in order to avoid further delay, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to condone the delay and also take up the revision on file simultaneously for disposal.

3. Accordingly, the Condone delay petition is ordered. 01.10.2021 (1⁄2) ksa-2 Note: Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case and send the bundle to PA Section.
