2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the entire Court fee of Rs.49,000/- has been paid.

3. In the aforestated circumstance, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
