This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to prosecute an appeal against the order of acquittal dated 17.05.2023 made in C.C.No.386 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Coimbatore (C.C.No.99/2014 - Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore).

2. Heard Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The judgment passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Coimbatore shows that there are arguable points in the present appeal and accordingly, special leave is granted.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter under the caption "For Admission" after two weeks.
