2. The applicant has stated that an appeal could not be filed within time because the Intellectual Property Appellate Board was disbanded on 04.04.2021 and this Division was notified only on 05.04.2023. The reason cited by the applicant constitutes sufficient cause.

3. Hence, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number and list the appeal, if otherwise in order. List on 07.09.2023.
