This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the counter affidavit filed by the respondents opposing the condone delay petition.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
