PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, "the petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police, daily at 10.30 am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 am, until further orders," in Crl.O.P.No.16003 of 2020 on 09.10.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16003 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.16003 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month, until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
