This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17871 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the claim

of the petitioner made in her representation dated 11.03.2024 and to pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the Chief Engineer, Chennai, considered the claim made by the petitioner and passed order and the same has been communicated to the petitioner by the communication dated 05.06.2025. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 05.06.2025 sent by the Chief Engineer, Chennai, before this Court. 3.
