This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to institute the above suit against the 3rd and 5th respondents/defendants residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The applicants are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for challenging the election result. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that since the third and fifth respondents/defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court seeks leave to institute the suit.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and also the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
