This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation of the case in Crime No. 4 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner collected Rs.5,50,000/- from the victims to arrange the job in European countries and later cheated them. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that A2 and A3 alone collected the money from the victims and the petitioner was not obtained any money from the victims. Further, Rs. 1,00,000/- was repaid to the victims. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that other accused persons still absconding and the petitioner also actively involved in the said crime. Further, the accused persons has cheated some other persons to the tune of Rs.40,00,000/- and also issued fake Visa. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the co-accused are still absconding and the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
