This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of proceedings in Na.Ka.No.0591/2021/A2 dated 17.03.2021 and for consequential order in Na.Ka.No.0591/2021/A2 dated 29.04.2021 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same.

2. It is seen from records, it reveals that as against the orders passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 27.08.2021 and it is pending.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order.
