ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents from laying any road on the footpath of the petitioner's land comprised in survey No.84/2H, Sembodai Village, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District.

However, on perusal of the counter filed by the third respondent revealed that no proposal has been sent to the first respondent for getting administrative sanction for laying road in the petitioner's land. 3.

Recording the above, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
