ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 294(b), 324 of I.P.C. and it was altered into 294(b), 324 and 326 of I.P.C. in Crime No.151 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
