Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relevant to the letter No.41454/J-1/2012 dated 09.10.2012 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same in respect of the petitioner and thereby direct the respondents to approve the admission of the petitioner's B.E.Electronic and Communication Engineering Course in the 3rd respondent college and permit the petitioner to continue the course.
