Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.343 OF 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.15/2018 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District dated 29.01.2020 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the said CRL.A.NO.343 OF 2020 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8023 OF 2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.343 OF 2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MADHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not pressing above miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
