This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.124 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent Police within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.Taking in to consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a closure report or final report as the case may be under due intimation to the defacto complaint.
