O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The applicants seem to be under the mistaken belief that paragraph 7 of our order requiring displaying of rates in the buses itself would be equally applicable to contract carriage, as in the case of stage carriage. In the contract carriage, the rates are fixed from one point to the other and the allegation in the petition was that it is being actually used as stage carriage, which is a matter of checking. The object of paragraph 7 is that when the passengers travel in the stage carriage, they are aware of the fares to different destinations. There is no error apparent on the face of the record.

2. The review application is dismissed with the aforesaid

observation. No costs.
