ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 379 of IPC, in Crime No.1237 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in illegal transportation of one unit of river sand in Bolero Pickup truck bearing Regn. No. TN51 C 3709. Hence the complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is petitioner's second application and the petitioner's earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 09.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 16529 of 2021. However, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of of the offence and also considering the fact that after the dismissal of the earlier application, there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
