O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the impugned order dated 29.04.2024 passed in M.P.No.132 of 2024 in M.C.No.270 of 2020 on the file of the III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai. 1/4

2. The petitioner/wife filed the petition in M.C.No.270 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Chennai, for maintenance against the respondent/husband, in which, the respondent/husband filed a counter stating that petitioner/wife is employed, and in order to substantiate his ground, he filed a petition in M.P.No.132 of 2024 praying to summon the records from the employer of the petitioner and the same was allowed on 29.04.2024. Challenging the said order, the present petition has been filed by the wife.

3. Since the respondent/husband has taken a stand that the petitioner/wife is employed gainfully, it is for the respondent/husband to substantiate his ground and that he has filed the petition praying to summon the records from the employer of the petitioner and the same was allowed by the Court below. The respondent has taken the ground that the petitioner is woman of means and naturally the respondent has to establish the same and for which the respondent has taken summon to the employer of the petitioner.

4. Under these circumstances, this Court does not find any perversity or infirmity in the impugned order dated 29.04.2024 passed by 2/4

the Court below. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.11.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms To The III Additional Principal Judge, III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.
