O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders in the proceedings dated 22.08.2019, within the time prescribed by this Court.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent wants to seek some clarification and therefore, the parties have been called for an enquiry on 18.12.2020 at 11.00 am. The learned counsel submitted that immediately on getting the clarifications, final order will be passed within the time fixed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
