This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action based on the representation given by the petitioner on 21.4.2026.

Heard Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.04.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
